With the WEB PRESENTER Software it is very easy to do recording of a streaming video presentation synchronized with for instance a

Power Point Presentation. Used together with the publishing software, a simple click is all and the presentation is published on the web. In

order to present your recording just send the web link to a special person or to a group of persons. The recording is published on a secure

web server and with a login and a password the recording is immediately accessible using a web browser with flash plug in, such as Internet

Explorer, Firefox, Opera or Safari*.

The WEB PRESENTER is extremely easy to use.

- Import the Power Point presentation to which the recording should be synchronized

- Start a recording by clicking ”Record”

- Pause or end a recording by clicking ”Stop”. Resume by clicking “Resume”

‐ Click "save/publish".

‐ Chose filename, speaker name, and description (not mandatory)

‐ Choose publish time and end time (default, from now until forever)

‐ Check "use password..." to have the published presentation password protected.

‐ In the menu, click on "delete video from presentation"

‐ Start a recording by clicking ”Record”

‐ Pause or end a recording by clicking ”Stop”, resume by clicking “Resume”.

‐ In the menu, click on edit presentation in PowerPoint.

‐ Edit as usual in PowerPoint, save.

‐ Warning: adding, removing, or rearranging slides will not affect the recorded video! (if slide 3 is removed, slide 4 will

now be numbered as slide 3!)

‐ Import your updated PowerPoint presentation.

‐ <50 MB of space on hard drive for installation plus a minimum of 200 MB of free space for recording.

‐ 1 GB RAM

‐ Connection to publishing site.

‐ Apache with SSL support enabled
